By booking and paying for a photo shoot with Gold Coast Santa Photos [GCSP] you agree with the terms and conditions and agree to sign a booking form prior to the photo shoot.  GCSP holds no responsibility for reminding clients, you will be emailed a booking confirmation with the date and time at the time of booking and payment and you (the client) are responsible for turning up on time.  You will arrive 10 minutes prior to the photo shoot to check in, if you arrive late, you may not have the full time allocated to you.  

Please book a time that best suits your family, babies and young children will not always comply with having their photos taken, but it is made much easier at a time when are not tired or hungry, GCSP is not responsible for cranky faces or pets that what sit still!  GCSP has the final say on the photos that will be in the final submission.  Whilst all efforts will be made to include your props, ideal background, or creative ideas, GCSP has creative freedom for the final cut.  

Cancellations will be fully refunded if made 7 days prior to the booking.  Rescheduling your appointment must be made 48 hours prior to the booking or under special circumstances and as agreed to by GCSP.  No refunds will be made for any other reason.

Please check Facebook (not Instagram) for updates on the weather on the day of your photo shoot.  Should GCSP be forced to reschedule we will endeavour to keep the time you selected as close as possible however can not be guaranteed.  Please note, overcast days will not be rescheduled, only heavy rain or dangerous winds will foresee a photo shoot being rescheduled.

Dogs must be kept on leads at all times and you (the owner) are responsible for them at all times, including any 'droppings'.  GCSP is not responsible for any breeches to council regulations, any fines issued are you (the owner) responsibility not GCSP. 

Products and /or additional services that are added onto the photo shoot will be invoiced separately and must be paid in full prior to receiving goods or services.  3-6 hi res digital images will be sent in an email with a link within 5 days of the photoshoot.  Additional products in package extras are the responsibility of a third party, therefore a delivery time can not be guarantee by GCSP. All images may be used by GCSP social media, marketing campaigns, websites  and / or competitions run by GCSP unless formally requested not to be used.

GCSP has all relevant permits for photography in parks and beaches and staff hold blue cards.  

GCSP will not share any of your personal information with any other third party other than those stipulated above.   Your email address will be used by us to forward newsletters of upcoming photoshoots and specials, you (the client) are free to unsubscribe at anytime and your email will not be forwarded or sold to any third parties.
