Our magical Christmas photo sessions are held at beautiful Gold Coast beach locations, creating a unique relaxed Australian Christmas experience with stunning natural backdrops.

Each theme has its own unique styling and atmosphere so families can choose the perfect Christmas experience.

Sessions are quick, relaxed, and designed to keep little ones happy and engaged. Most sessions run for approximately 5-10 minutes.

Absolutely! We love capturing the whole family together. Extended family sessions are welcome — just let us know at the time of booking. (additional fees may apply)

Yes! We are proudly dog-friendly and absolutely love including furry family members in your Christmas memories.

As beach sessions are weather dependent, we closely monitor conditions leading up to your booking. If needed, sessions may be rescheduled due to heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions.

Your package inclusions will be outlined at the time of booking. Additional images and upgrades may also be available.

Your professionally edited gallery is usually delivered within approximately 5 days after your session.

We recommend light, neutral, coastal, or festive colours that complement the beach setting and your chosen theme. Once booked, we’ll send styling tips to help you prepare.

Yes — each themed setup includes carefully styled Christmas props and décor to create a magical experience while still keeping the focus on your family.

Of course! Our sessions are designed to be child-friendly, relaxed, and fun for all ages.

Bookings can be made directly through our website. We recommend booking early as sessions sell out quickly each year.

We specialise in relaxed outdoor Christmas photography that captures genuine smiles, connection, and magical family moments — without the stress of busy shopping centre queues.

By booking a session with Gold Coast Santa Photos, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS

Full payment or deposit payment may be required prior to your session date to secure your booking. Bookings are not confirmed until payment has been received.

Session times are strictly limited. Please arrive on time for your allocated session. Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time or cancellation without refund.

PHOTO DELIVERY

Edited digital images will generally be delivered within 7 days of your photoshoot.

While we always endeavour to deliver images on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances including weather events, technical issues, illness, peak seasonal demand, or editing delays. In such cases, we will work to provide your images as soon as possible.

Gold Coast Santa Photos will not be held financially responsible for delivery delays unless image files are permanently lost or irreparably damaged. In such cases, we may offer either:

• a refund; or
• the opportunity to rebook and retake the session      where reasonably possible.

WEATHER CONDITIONS

Beach photography is weather dependent.

We will endeavour to continue sessions during light rain where conditions remain safe and suitable. However, sessions may be cancelled, postponed, interrupted, or rescheduled due to rain, storms, dangerous surf, lightning, high winds, unsafe beach conditions, or other weather-related concerns.

Gold Coast Santa Photos is not responsible for weather conditions or changes outside of our control.

BEACH & ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS

Clients attend beach sessions at their own risk.

We are not responsible for:

• sunburn;
• dehydration;
• heat exposure;
• sand temperature;
• unstable sand conditions;
• slippery surfaces;
• tides;
• insects;
• marine life; or
• any other environmental or natural beach      hazards.

You are responsible for ensuring you and all members of your group are physically capable of walking and participating safely on beach and sand terrain.

Please come prepared with appropriate:

• footwear;
• sun protection;
• water; and
• weather-appropriate clothing.

CHILDREN & SESSION EXPECTATIONS

We aim to capture the best possible images during your allocated session time. However, we cannot guarantee:

• smiles in every image;
• eye contact from children;
• cooperation from children or pets; or
• specific poses or reactions.

Some children may feel shy, upset, overwhelmed, or uncomfortable around Santa or during the session. While we will always do our best to create a fun and relaxed environment, it is not solely our responsibility to continually attempt to obtain certain expressions or poses beyond the allocated session time.

PETS

Pets are welcome at selected sessions.

Clients are fully responsible for:

• the behaviour and control of their pets;
• cleaning up after their pets; and
• complying with all local council regulations and      beach rules.

All pets must remain appropriately restrained where required by law. Any council fines, penalties, damages, injuries, or incidents involving your pet remain entirely your responsibility.

CLIENT BEHAVIOUR

Gold Coast Santa Photos maintains a family-friendly environment.

Aggressive behaviour, abusive conduct, threatening behaviour, intoxication, harassment, or inappropriate language toward staff, Santa, photographers, other clients, or members of the public will not be tolerated.

We reserve the right to immediately terminate any session without refund if behaviour is deemed unsafe, abusive, inappropriate, or disruptive.

IMAGE USAGE & PROMOTION

Gold Coast Santa Photos may use photographs from sessions for:

• social media;
• website galleries;
• advertising;
• promotional material;
• printed marketing;
• portfolio purposes; and
• general business promotion.

If you do not wish for your images to be used for promotional or marketing purposes, you must notify us in writing prior to your session date.

COPYRIGHT

All photographs remain the copyright property of Gold Coast Santa Photos.

Clients are welcome to share delivered images online for personal use; however:

• images must not be heavily edited or altered;
• filters should not be applied in a way that      misrepresents our work; and
• images must not be sold or used commercially      without written permission.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gold Coast Santa Photos will not be held liable for:

• injury;
• illness;
• allergic reactions;
• accidents;
• lost belongings;
• weather impacts;
• council actions;
• third-party behaviour;
• beach or environmental conditions; or
• circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

By attending your session, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING

We understand emergencies happen.

Rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible. Refunds for change-of-mind cancellations may not be available once your booking has been confirmed.

Where sessions are cancelled by us due to unsafe weather or unforeseen circumstances, we will endeavour to offer either:

• a rescheduled session; or
• a refund where appropriate.
