Gold Coast Santa Photos – Terms & Conditions
By booking a session with Gold Coast Santa Photos, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
📸 Bookings & Sessions
- Each session includes a designated time slot. Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your session to avoid delays.
- If you are late, we will do our best to accommodate you, but your session time may be reduced or forfeited during busy periods.
- No refunds will be issued for missed or late arrivals.
🌧️ Wet Weather Policy
- In the event of rain, we will make every effort to reschedule your session to another available date.
- However, rescheduling is not guaranteed due to limited availability and the seasonal nature of the event.
- If your session is cancelled due to severe weather and we are unable to reschedule, you will receive a full refund.
📸 Photo Use & Social Media
- Unless advised otherwise, photos taken may be used for promotional purposes including social media, advertising, website content, and future marketing.
- If you do not consent to your images being used, please notify us at the time of booking via email or the booking form.
🐾 Pets Welcome
- Well-behaved dogs are welcome to attend your session.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times and remain under full control of their owner.
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up any droppings immediately.
- Any council fines or liabilities incurred during your visit are the sole responsibility of the pet owner, not Gold Coast Santa Photos.
📦 Photo Delivery
- Digital photos will be delivered via email within 3–5 business days of your session.
- Bookings made after 21st December may experience delays, and photos may not be received until after 26th December due to holiday demand.
🎅 General Conditions
- Gold Coast Santa Photos reserves the right to cancel or alter sessions at any time due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- We aim to provide a joyful and inclusive experience for all. Any abusive behaviour toward staff, Santa, or other participants will result in immediate removal without refund.
- All children must be accompanied by a responsible adult during their session.
